Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Paintings are packed in a cello sleeve with a chipboard insert to prevent bending. Paintings are shipped in extra rigid photo mailers to prevent bending during the shipping process. Paintings are shipped USPS with tracking.

All carvings are bubble wrapped and secure before shipping. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer free shipping within the United States.  All paintings will be shipped USPS with either ground advantage or priority.  All wood carvings will be shipped UPS with the exclusive of PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship internationally with the exception of APO and FPO addresses.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carvedeffects.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, all carvings with a PO box address will be delivered via USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns, all sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@carvedeffects.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
